 INSTRUCTION



Task 1

  • Look for a small or medium business (Take a look at the content; if they were very systematic, don't approach them.)
    • Tiny Business Followers: 0-500
    • Small Business Followers: 500-2000
    • Medium Business Followers: 2000-10000
*There are no limitations on which brand or business you should choose.

After looking for a brand, contact them, get to know these parts and create a PPT based on this:
  • Brand Story: Provide an overview of the brand’s history, values, and unique identity.
  • Products/Services List: Detail the core products or services the brand offers.
  • Target Market: Identify the audience the brand serves, including demographics and psychographics.
  • SWOT Analysis: Examine the brand’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
  • Vision and Mission: Outline the brand’s guiding principles and long-term objectives.

  • Social Media/Marketing Channels: Identify the platforms the brand uses and evaluate its current marketing efforts.

   

this task we make a group and this is my group

so at first we are decide what kind of brand that we looking for and all agree for F&B business
and we start searching for the store i and Geries are responsible for looking the business so i divide with Geries 5 and 5

and finally, we chose The Bear Hug to have a collaboration

we also need to present the brand in week 4 so we create canva slides for present



Task 2


for this task we need to create empathy mapping & persona so my group decided to do 4 user personas 
at first we do kid as the persona but after getting feedback from our lecturer usually children follow their parents so we changed the personas these are the personas:
-Uni Students (Jovan)
-Elderly (Geries)
-Muslim (Alicia) because the owner want to attract muslim customers
-Mid-Aged Father(Avery) this because after getting feedback from our lecturer 



Task 3

This task firstly we stared by making content calender after that We developed six themes aligned with the client’s posting style, with a consistent layout where each row features the same theme. Based on this approach, we created three content pieces for each theme.

After presenting the proposal, the client responded positively overall but requested the removal of the Trendy theme, as it is commonly used by other cafés. In response, Avery proposed replacing it by adding three additional pieces of content under the Comedy Skits theme, specifically focusing on food-related puns.

These are the photos behind the progress. My task is finding angel, lightning, adjusting camera and color correction for others they gonna be actors i dont expect they are very good at acting

thanks to all my group members for their efforts and always helping each others especially to my group leader she is very aware, good at leading, and patient big thanks to the owner of The Bear Hug Cafe for the kindness and welcoming also thanks for the food they gave us the food is very delicious and big portion even 4 of us cant finished the food so one of us need to takeaway 

Reflections

I am very enjoying this module also i learn a lot because of this module such as consistency, following the brand style, and making the content that give an emotional connection to the audience,
