● Use multiple charts
● Do not de-quantify

Week1

In the first week, we were asked to write our names on a list indicating which group we wanted to join. After forming our groups, we decided on several potential topics to present to Mr. Shamsul for his selection.

Once we had a list of topics, we consulted with Mr. Shamsul. He told us that it was up to us to choose our topic, and we all agreed on the topic of sea pollution.

Week2

we preparing ppt to show to Mr. Fauzi and Mr. Shamsul my group leader give the task and let the member choose which one they want to do it here are the task that we already divide
  • Introduction: Pricillia, Lizzie
  • Reasons behind topic: Gabriela, Ying Ying
  • Objectives: Alya
  • Target Audience: Jordan
  • Key Information and Data: Jovan, Rafa

Week3

we Presented our proposal here is our ppt
InfoDesign - Final Project Proposal

We received positive feedback from Mr. Fauzi and Mr. Shamsul; they liked the style of our PowerPoint presentation and asked us to proceed.

After presenting our proposal, our group leader divided the tasks for the animation, script, and voiceover. Everyone was asked to choose their preferred task. I wanted to take the storyboard, but the slot was already full, so the only option left was the voiceover. I'm a bit shy about this because I need to adjust my tone to sound more childlike since our target audience is kids. Justin and I will have to work on making our voices sound a bit more childish.

here are the tasked that already divide

-Animation (storyboard & animation):
  Storyboard: Rafa, Gabriela, Alya,
  Animation: Pricillia, Lizzie, Ying Ying

-Script and voiceover: Justin, Jordan, Jovan, Pricillia, Lizzie

here are the miro board so we know what to apply to our project

Storyboard

here are the story board that already made by my team

script

Below is the first script we made for the voiceover done by Justin as the narrator and I as Nemo the fish

After completing the voiceover, it turns out several of them were unable to be clipped due to its unmatched duration

At the end, a new script was made to match the duration. However it meant Justin and I had to redo the voiceover.

Animation

These are all the progress made by my team

Subtitle

Jordan claimed the voiceover weren't able to pickup the texts, hence he asked for help to Justin and I to complete the subtitles manually. From there, we both divided the tasks to complete it faster

After completing the tasks above, we asked for feedback to Lizzie on the things to improve and change. She fixed several wordings and asked to add on effects such as strokes and drop shadow. Both Justin and I handled the task at different software which complicated the process on setting the drop shadow identically.

Feedback

Week 3

- Style received compliments as it fits the concept for kids
- Illustration was great

Week 5

- Duration is lacking, need to add more

Week 6

- Elements were from Canva which isn't allowed, need to illustrate by hand

Reflection

These past 7 weeks had been a great experience with no major problems along the progress. All the tasks were divided well, us teammates got along well, our communication didn't come as a trouble for us, and the group leader has been patient and thorough. Overall it came to a great end. During the start I was anxious if there would be problems that could somehow occur in the group from miscommunications to ignoring one's tasks to just mainly teamwork concerns. However as I continued with this team I realized things went by smoothly, closing this chapter to a nice ending.
